Today’s premier New Adult authors combine their talents to tell four original stories from inside one house.

When four girls decide to live off campus together as juniors at a college in Michigan, they expect it to be their best year yet. Little do they know, it’s a year that will change the rest of their lives.

BEHIND HER EYES by A.L. Jackson

Unable to live down her ex-boyfriend’s deception, Misha is determined to avoid betrayal. When, the new guy next door, Darryn starts to get under her skin, her defenses start to crumble. But trusting Darryn seems impossible, especially if he’s not sure he can trust himself.

SAVING ME by Molly McAdams

On the outside, Indy is always ready for a party—but inside she’s breaking. Kier makes a weekly routine of saving the girl next door from herself on Saturday nights… but when will she be ready to remember him on Sunday morning?

FOULING OUT by Tiffany King

Working at a sports bar, Courtney has become a pro at sidestepping propositions from arrogant jocks—which makes her a more elusive catch for campus basketball star Dalton than he expected. But when he falls for the saucy waitress, Dalton will have to rethink his game plan to prove he’s not the jerk Courtney expects.

BENEATH YOUR LAYERS by Christina Lee

In order to ace her fashion internship, Chloe must team up with local college dropout and set builder, Blake—much to her chagrin. But after some "hands-on" experience, Chloe will have to ask herself if Blake factors into her carefully laid plans…

When I read the synopsis to this book I was immediately hooked. I mean four stories from four amazing authors that all relate to each other. How could I not read this book? I wasn’t disappointed either. The girls of Hamilton house were fun and their stories are probably some of my favorites I’ve read lately.

Behind Her Eyes

“Darryn. My protector. My gorgeous avenging angel. My boy-man-god who stole my breath. My heart.”

Misha is returning to her house off-campus even though everything in her is telling her to run home and stay there. She has sworn off of men after what Hunter did to her last year and now there is a sexy new boy next door and she can’t seem to stay away from him. Darryn knows who Misha is. He saw the video. But there’s more to it. He has wanted her since he first saw her with Hunter. Now he just has to convince her that the video doesn’t change anything.

“I can’t stay away from you anymore. Can’t go one more night without knowing you’re mine.”

A.L. Jackson created a lovable heroine in Misha. She was wrong in a cruel and heartless way by her former boyfriend and now with the boy-man-god next door she has to remember why she needs to stay away from men. Misha was a great character. She studies and interns in a field that makes her happy and has special meaning to her. A.L. Jackson also created a very sexy and lovable hero. Darryn was a surprise. He wants to help show Misha that she is more than that video. Darryn was caring, sweet, and oh so swoon worthy. This was definitely my favorite story of the four! She created two amazing characters that could fill their own book. I wanted so much more after I finished this!

“Then tell me what you’re ready for… anything I just want to mean something to you.”

Saving Me

“Once you’re ready, I’m taking you and I’m not giving you back. You’re going to be mine, Indy.”

Indy gets drunk every weekend. She has been left by both her boyfriend and her parents. She has been drowning in guilt over something that happened in her past. She feels a connection with the quiet boy next door. She doesn’t know why because she has never met him. Kier is quiet silently tormenting himself because of the person he was in high school. Now he saves Indy every Saturday. Every Saturday night he brings her back home even though she never remembers in the morning. He won’t tell her. Not until she is ready.

Molly McAdams created a story that could really be it’s very own book. Both Indy blocks out what Kier does for her every weekend until she finally remembers what he does for her. Kier and Indy had me hooked from the first page. They really gave Darryn and Misha a run for their money. Their story was unique and amazing.

“I’m your safe place, and when you’re ready, you’ll be mine.”

Fouling Out

Courtney works at a sports bar even though she carries a hatred for jocks. She works hard anytime she can to put herself through school and to help her mother. Dalton is the school’s star basketball player. He also used to be Court’s best friend. Until in middle school basketball became more important. Now Dalton is making an effort to get to know Courtney all over again and show her he isn’t the jerk she thinks he is.

Both Dalton and Courtney get to know each other again. Dalton works hard to show Courtney that she can trust him. Dalton gives her a reason to start trusting men again and Courtney shows him that he can find things to love about the game.

Beneath Your Layers

This is my first story written by Christina Lee and I really enjoyed the story that she created for us. Chloe is a planner, scheduler, and a person that follows the life plan she has set out. She feels the need to be who her mother wants her to be so that she doesn’t disappoint her or her grandmother. Blake is a college drop-out. He know works construction to help pay for his mother’s medical bills. Both of them hate each other for judgments that are really not fair. And soon they will learn they are wrong.

Chloe is uptight, shallow, and pretty judgmental. I wasn’t sure if I was even going to like her character. But when we got further into the story you see that she isn’t really like that. Blake shows her a different way to live. Being spontaneous and happy. Blake shows her that it’s ok make a life plan that is different than her mother’s vision. Chloe gives him someone that is on his side. Someone that cares about his well-being instead of him taking care of everyone else. They happen to be the perfect fit for each other.

Overall I really enjoyed everything about this story. The authors created four different stories that you could love but they also go great together. They don't seem to be four random short stories thrown together. They work together to create one big story that is pretty awesome
