REVIEW: Fate Accompli (Aegean Lovers #1) By, MM Jaye

This is the SPICY version of Fate Accompli (Contemporary Romance) for readers who
enjoy sensual romances.
There's also a CLEAN version available on Amazon.

Monica Mitchell flies all the way from Boston to Athens, Greece, not to get a tan but a very specific job. Because besides an MBA, this twenty-four-year old has a mission: to prove to Alex Argiros, the gorgeous Greek magnate, that she has now grown out of the habit of flashing her underwear and looking like a zombie flick castoff … in the presence of hundreds.

The catch? She has to hide who she is. Thankfully, not having seen him since her early teens helps, and soon she gets all she wants and so much more. Not only does Alex not connect his highly qualified new assistant to the disaster magnate of his distant past, but apart from his admiration, he also offers her his heart.

Now, Monica has a new mission: to keep it forever. But first she has to come clean before he finds out her connection to the bane of his existence. Because if he does, he’ll rightfully assume she plays the part of the Trojan Horse, and then he’ll shed the sleek businessman exterior, letting his hot-blooded Greek nature take over.

She knows he could destroy her.

She knows, yet she needs just a little longer to savor his searing kisses…

Review
Fate Accompli is a quick and easy read. It would be a great book to take on vacation or even for a beach read in the summer. The chemistry is great and the spicy version is definitely spicy.

Monica is a girl on a mission. She needs to prove herself to the one man she really shouldn’t care about. Alex is a Greek tycoon and she is determined to show him she can be a great assistant and someone’s wife. Monica is in the best possible position to show him because he has no idea who she is. The one thing she didn’t count on was falling for him, or him falling for her. Monica has to decide when to tell him that she is the one person he can’t stand.

This book was interesting from the very beginning. The author wrote two versions of the book. A clean and spicy version. Either way the book is heavy on the romance. If you are not looking for a heavy lovey-dovey romance I would skip this one. But the characters were well written and I really loved the side characters. If they got their own stories I would read them.  Some of the book is very cliché but the original parts makes it tolerable. You can look past the cliché a really get into these character’s love story.

Overall the book was well written with well-developed characters. I enjoy the writing style and the story. I would definitely pick up the next book.
